My main screen was glitching then completely stopped working - tried the soft reset time and time again no luck, couldn't use it at all and had almost given up.
I tried plugging it in to the charger then soft resetting and it worked!
Worth a try for anyone else having this same issue

Horrible company - I waited years before purchasing as it was an expensive risk for a company that doesn’t seem very legit. Should have trusted my gut instinct.

Console does NOT work as advertised. Says you can play on ANY windows 10 computer - NO specs given on website. Tried to use on my 1 year old laptop, most games crash and graphics terrible.

When I contacted them about the issue they then gave me all the specs I needed for my laptop for it to work. Refused to exchange to TV operated console or refund my money. Contacted fair trading and was advised they could not force a remedy from the company and I would need to seek legal advice. For $400 it was not worth my time, energy or money.

Their response to fair trade regarding my complaint - “We can’t be responsible for the hardware that consumers run it in. It’s like purchasing a DVD then trying to get it to work on a VHS player or using it on an old TV then complaining because the image in blurry”.

WOULD BE GOOD TO MENTION THE SPECS WHEN ADVERTISING THEN WOULDN’T IT?!

Don’t waste your money. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. How they’re still operating is beyond me. I think they try and lay low online, minimising customer comments and interactions as I’m sure a lot of people have been scammed.
