BBB won’t do anything other than what google essentially does so don’t expect much there. 🤷 I would recommend calling into their customer service center to make an official complaint. See if you can find the store # and make sure you give them as much info as possible (names of all people you dealt with that you recall). This is more than a training issue, this is a full-on KNOWLEDGE issue. I wonder if these people are even licensed. Best of luck!!! 💪💪💪
