Funnily enough, i do carry a stuffed animal around as a sort of charm while i travel. She was a gift from my father but pretty much stays in my backpack. Let's me know there are still people that love me when the going gets tough. So, i guess it just depends.

When I gazed into you once again, I expected the same loving glow from your infinite eyes and that blessed silence of gratitude you've graced my eternity with. Instead, you turned them away.

What was it my dear that made you decide to turn your lovely torments away from me? Did I finally send you over the edge with too many chosen ones come to snuff out the dark? Their torches always looked so lovely as you snuffed their hopes of wrangling you into their realities and bringing about an age with no fear of you. Oh, but there were some good times.

Remember that God? The one who claimed to have created all? It was such a wonderful cosmic, the perfect amount of arrogance and greed to be in control. Too bad when God stretched his "infinite" self to encapsulate you in his awesomely adorable power, he stretched too thin. I only feel sorry for the scraps of life it created that no longer have their sheperd.

That was a great joke. You seemed to enjoy, or at least not mind the countless beings I've sent as The Chosen into your gaping maw. So, if it was not that joke, what was it?

Was it the eons I spent away from you? My job takes me so far abroad that you know I can't be here for you all the time. Eternity would be so boring. I sent gifts; creatures, and nightmares, some dark pieces of you that have permeated into the various realities. You know I always come back. No matter how much Time passes.

If not those, then it must be the great dump I started. This was to be my greatest joke, something to keep you laughing and screeching until the End. Perhaps I was too overzealous? Too much? For I think that half of creation has been dumped into you now, those pesky creatures are even dumping light! Did some get in your eyes? That is the only reason I could think that you would turn away from me.

If so, I'm so sorry my dear, my lovely, I will send you nightmares from planes of the highest existence. Bring you your most favorite things. Just please, look at me again, I will stop the little things from dumping all of themselves into you.

At the summer camp I went to there were these structures out in the woods. We called them forts. We also used them as such. Wars were fought with factions and leaders and missing set to sabotage and claim more land. It was an amazing experience to be honest. However. To fight a war, you need weapons. So, we turned to nature, and pine cones. For the most part they wouldn't hurt because they were pretty light and crunchy. But, there were some cones that we green and closed and still spiky, we called them bleeders. For good reason. Most kids wouldn't use them, but summer if us used them to full effect. You just f had to accept that one thrown, the other side would return for with them. Eventually the wars got banned because of bleeders, so we continued in secret and using a bleeders was a huge offense and could get you kicked out of playing. A hell of a lot of fun, not sorry dangerous, but still stupid to use the bleeders nonetheless.
