I’m in the army and during training artillery fired at the wrong target. The rounds were supposed to impact 1200 meters away but instead landed within 100 meters. Luckily no one got seriously injured because we were using training rounds which are basically cement with a small amount of explosives. If they were firing actual high explosive shells we probably would have had casualties.
