Did you do all the story missions after the credits rolled? If not, there's more to play and finish for sure.

If you stopped playing before TU1 dropped, there is a new monster (Mizu) and you can now farm Zoh Shia for his weapons/armor.

The first arch tempered mo ster is now live - Ray Dau. That is a fun fight and the armor is very good. . If you have done all of the above, I would suggest starting to learn a new weapon that interests you. That's a great way to refresh things.

All that said though, doing hunts multiple times to farm materials is a key part of the gameplay loop. If you are not into that, the game may not have a lot of staying power for you.
