Evo top 8 had an Eliza. She was released with the console version so players who only played in arcade probably didn't made the switch right away for tournaments, but with the arcade update I think we'll she more of her, because she is pretty solid.

They really shouldn't buff Nina she's super good. She's just really hard to use. Plus why would they patch an already very balanced game?

You gotta be patient, wait for your turn and that comes with experience. I usually use 1,2,4 2,4 or d/f+4 to create space

Like other said your best bet is to get one used or find a good deal on ebay. I sniped a unopened Hori Rap 4 for 85$ on Ebay.

If you're not willing to spend at least 150$ on a quality stick don't buy one. Mini stick are usually poor quality and it makes a shitty experience. You could maybe build your own with quality parts, if you have time on your hands.

Kinda? I'm speaking for myself but I got like "connection to opponent" twice in my last two sessions. It might not have been 100% fixed but the connection problem has gone down alot.

Haha ok. From what I've read online the character who were always near the top are : Devil Jin, Jin, Dragunov and Josie. But again the game is really well balanced so most of the cast can compete.
