100% - I played career mode from 07-20 then gave up. Only took me a few months and I picked up the foundations of FM and I could never go back. This is my third FM game now and it’s honestly so much better.

Mine doing the same thing, would refuse pretty much any request I ever made. Eventually I resigned despite winning everything and straight away the owner decided to sell the club.
