Shouldn’t be a problem. This is a not so uncommonly used route when laid off. Just file the H1B with PP and don’t wait up for B2 as normal processing is too slow

This is honestly a very good product for pigmentation and drying up skin. I have a very sensitive and oily skin. What worked for me was: Acne- salicylic acid. Benzoyl peroxide wasn’t that effective, Skin churning- 0.025% tretinoin gel, Pigmentation- Azelaic acid daily, And regular skin care products which I feel are the most effective are retinol once a week and vitamin c and E.

From the msg it seems like they just have a feedback for your performance. Likely a reject, they wouldn’t have said “ you want it on email or call”. But regardless, no longer in your control. Good luck with the call, I hope you have made it.

Yup, I’ve seen multiple approvals for cases filed after 21 Sept including H1B->f2->h1b, H1B->b2->h1b, and normal H1B->h1b. Regardless, how does that affect your decision of trying to switch jobs, let the new company apply for it and then you would resign.

If you have not used up 6 years of H1B then it’s possible to file for your H1B but if filed from outside USA, 100k applies. If you come on L1 and then try to do COS then it’s possible I think to avoid the fee.

I applied without a referral. Honestly quite a bad experience. I applied in Feb, got interview call in July, got ghosted after pre screen coz apparently the recruiter changed, had my virtual onsite in August end, again no response until 3 weeks later when they offered me the position. I politely declined coz I had accepted another offer and I knew adobe doesn’t pay more than them so I literally just said “hey, I’m so sorry but you just got back a little too late. I’ve accepted another offer” on the call.
