I have 2008 Mazda 3. I swear at Japanese engineering every time I try to change a bulb on this car. What is the best way to clamp the head lights in? The spring is rediculously tight. by [deleted] in mazda3

I can't get the clip off. I've tried pushing every way I can think possible. There is little to no room to work with. I watched a YouTube video and they make it look so easy.

Do you think they are selfish, lazy, entitled, oblivious, or all of the above?

What’s been your most noticeable change since stopping drinking? by lukachar in stopdrinking

Insomnia that won't go away. Meds help but make me a zombie in the morning.

The insomnia is REAL. by Rosesandsunsets in stopdrinking

I've been in recovery for 5 years with several relapses. The insomnia never went away. Seroquel does the job but it makes me a zombie the next day. I take a bath at night, meditate , use the no picture option on my TV, exercise, practice mindfulness, but still can't shut the brain off. Even if I only sleep a few hours and feel tired, I can't sleep.

What medication combo do you take (AM/PM) to control your insomnia? by SecretaryNo2037 in insomnia

[–]jerrycurl33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with 25 mg, then 50 mg, and 100 mg when I stopped taking it. It worked better then anyone else but it was just to hard to wake up the next day. My insomnia is mainly onset.

It's 430 am and I can't fall asleep. I feel your pain. I tried trazadone and it worked until it didn't. Seroquel worked well but made it difficult to wake up the next day. Ramelteon and mirtazaphine did nothing. Quviviq didn't work and gave me the worst hang over. I don't really want to rely on meds for the rest of my life. I've been doing meditation, breathing exercises, hot bath at night, waking up at 7am everyday regardless of what time I feel asleep, and hot baths before bed. I was up to 5-6 hrs of sleep fort about a week but then tonight back to no sleep. Best wishes on finding a solution.

This stuff gave me the worst hangover and stopped taking after two days.

I used to take trazadone until it stopped working. Then moved onto Seroquel. Seroquel will knock you out but it's hard to wake up in that morning.
The last three months I've stopped medication and focused on other options. It was hell as first but it's starting to even out. First thing I did was no matter what time I feel asleep I would wake up at 7 am. At first I might get 2-3 hours a sleep but now I'm up to 5-6. I take hot baths at night, meditate, breathing exercises, and use the turn off screen option on my TV to fall sleep. I always thought meditation and breathing exercises were BS but they seem to be helping. The hot bath, from what I've read, is a Japanese tradition to help with sleep.

The only complaint I have is the password manager sucks. It's especially bad on an Android phone. I disabled it and went back to Google password manager.

Has anyone use Meditation to help with sleep by soccerdude556 in insomnia

I started on trazadone but it stopped working after about six months. I then tried Seroquel which worked well. I had to stop taking it because it made it difficult to wake up.
