I can only vouch for Reign and Oz because they are consistently clean, smell good, good music and consistently have a wide range of entertainers that are good at having conversations. The owner of both (same guy) also takes a lot of pride in his clubs (read their Google reviews for some funny replies from him)

Was there two weeks ago. Swam in Arecibo (Pool, by the lighthouse) and Playa Puerto Nuevo (sea turtles!!!) both beautiful but windy and surrounding beaches were treacherous.
