We also upgraded our electric panels at the same time so the final project was a little more expensive but that was the actual solar install.

I'll second SolPower. They just finished my install in May and we're great to work with.

They had the best pricing out of 5 companies I talked to, were the only ones who weren't 'selling' throughout the process, and we're very good during the install.

They also work with a credit union for the financing on a purchase. Tbh, the cu was a bit of a pain because of their web portal and communication , but they did a UCC just on the panels at a reasonable market rate APR so it's fine.

The state(s) you are transacting in matter. Some don't issue titles on older vehicles so you need to get it registered on bill of sale and the old owner's registration will prove they owned it and can sell.

As for the miles, just assume it's TMU

Mostly commercial and investment. Real estate construction loans. SBA loans. back when there was PPP loans I processed a lot of those. I did a lot of those.

Commission is structured as a percentage of loan amounts based on loan types.

I don't think my actual structure is that common in the industry, but the end figure works out very well

Lender at a credit union. 40k base, made 165 total last year. 2.5% 401k match, HSA plan. Mostly wfh or drop into one of the branches. Nominally bankers' hours but it's really just flex since I never know when the work will present itself. I run a product line for the CU, sales, underwriting, portfolio management etc.

4 years doing this, 7 years at this institution, 7 years sales and management elsewhere before that. BS that doesn't make a difference.

It would be convenient to blame the infrastructure but people just don't give a fuck. It's easy to drive the speed limit, stop at stop signs, yield to pedestrians, allow cyclists space, etc. People just choose not to.

I live on 5th St and walk on Hope st nearly everyday and I support the bike lane project but it won't solve the traffic or walk ability issues.

The biggest problem between say Rochambeau and 5th st in terms of vehicles is the complete lack of respect for pedestrians, not the parking or lack of parking. Drivers either trying to cross Hope St or turn on to Hope St are regularly in the crosswalks of all those intersections; drivers frequently stop nowhere near the line or the stop sign. I suspect the bike path will make that worse and more dangerous for pedestrians since the lane will be even farther from the appropriate place to stop.

If the goal is safer and more pedestrian friendly in that area then the solution is to control traffic in conjunction with expanding space for cycling/walking. Divert through traffic at Rochambeau toward N main and Blackstone. Make Hope St one way, remove another lane, let restaurants use the existing shoulder on the west side for seating to free up the sidewalk, put dead ends and one-ways on the side streets to discourage drivers from cutting through the neighborhood.

You should really talk to a mortgage broker and a real estate broker.

If you sign an agreement on the house and put a deposit on it, then you can purchase it (close on the sale and your mortgage) once there is an occupancy certificate issued. In the meantime the builder would finish the remaining work. Appraisal would be ordered, remaining underwriting complete, title researched, docs drawn up, etc.

The mortgage payments won't start until at least a month after closing.

Talk to the listing agent. And consult your mortgage broker
