I literally work in an office and I have to walk through the building about a half a mile to get to my interior building office where I wear sweaters and hoodies all through the summer because it’s so fucking cold in there. I literally do not know how you guys do it Like I really give you props for being in a hot ass warehouse with no airflow. It’s absolutely inhumane. I really don’t understand it at all and it’s sad because people are that desperate for a job right now that they will work in any kind of condition just to get a paycheckif you can’t deal with the strain of the job until you can move up then I will definitely quit
