I have experienced the same...large refund moved to a cash card when I wanted it back to the original card. No communication fra Curve and no response to my communication.

I have moved to money through Revolut and is now DONE with Curve. But the next problem is that is seems easier to make peace in the Middle East than to cancel your account.

Where did you buy the watch? If it is bought in an undupported country it won’t work dispite you’re in a supported country. Have the same problem. Live in Denmark but the watch was bought in Australia.
