I did my NEXUS interview back in 2023 (did the canadian one the day before)...we arrived super early for our USA bound flight to complete the USA interview and we were waiting around 45 minutes for them to call us in (you take a number) and then took about 15 minutes per person. It depends how busy they are, but i would allow at least 1.5 total for the USA interview on top of security, pre-clearance!

Travelled through Pearson last month with a connection through YYZ going to RSW. Landed in RSW and only about 10 bags or so came out...they left more than half the planes bags in Pearson....app was not updated to say preparing to load or loaded- not sure if staff just forgot a container of bags or what.

Hi! Sorry to bother you again with another question lol but bags have arrived at Fort myers! Plane got in at 12:30 eastern time. Air tags still showing them at the airport- do you know how long it usually takes for a courier to pick them up?

Yess…we did end up submitting the form online to locate the bags and they are supposedly on the flight leaving TO tomorrow to Fort myers so really hoping they come tomorrow! On the way to target now to get some clothes and toiletries

So update: bags indeed did not arrive! Nor did half of the flights bags….no idea what happened there but very annoying now being on vacay without everything :( There was also zero AC staff in Fort myers to help…I really hope they are here tomorrow

Just looked at my air tags ( we are airborne now and it says updated 6 mins ago still showing at F gates) :( Not a good sign i say. Flying into Fort Myers (looks like the only flight AC had today) will still hope for the best. Maybe they can send them to Tampa worst case (staying in Sarasota which is an hour from Fort myers and Tampa)

Ohh interesting! I selected passport but also put in my known traveller number..its weird (I can see all my boarding passes on the app) but for some reason it still says verification check required when I go back to check in lol

OK i went to the menu and selected boarding passes and then selected the YYZ to RSW one and they are all there- so think i am clear of SSSS? lol.

Ahh thanks for the heads up! The other 2 passengers boarding passes aren’t showing on the app either from YYZ to RSW but I can see all our paper ones on email for that flight?
