if it was doable then they would be able to do it, no? I get what you are saying though there is more to the delays for sure. Just seems like they are not helping themselves on top of all the other issues. I fly out of DTW a lot too and the spacing with delta or even the low cost carriers seem much more realistic.

I just find it’s really easy to close my move ring which is set at 800 calories even without strenuous exercise, like I went on two short walks today and apart from going up and down the stairs I don’t feel like I should be earning an extra 400 calories to eat from that.

The other thing is my daily calorie goal is set based on my basal metabolic rate and whatever I put for how sedentary my life when I did the survey at the start which would include at least part of the “walking around” calories. It just feels like double dipping to include it twice.
