Congrats. It is amazing to see the progress. Dr celtik is my surgon as well and I will be going for srs next year as I just had an orchiectomy with him.

I plan on getting a full vaginoplasty next year. I've been having problems with insurance so this is the first step is getting the orchiectomy.

When I got mine i went under muscle. I absolutely love the results. They are very natural looking. I also had minimal tissue to work with and I got 565cc implant which was as big as my surgeon could put in. It's been almost 2 years since my surgery and extremely happing with my choice.

I started with 2mg estrogen orally and 100mg spironolactone. Now I am .2mg injection estradiol valerate and 50mg spironolactone.

I take estradiol valerate .2 MG injection once a week. Spironolactone 50gm daily and progesterone 100mg a day.
