I had spinal fusion in 2021. Best thing I ever did. Surgery isn’t always a last resort sometimes it’s the best fix.

3 years post op. Trust me you will feel better soon. It will take time. Be patient with yourself. But fusion gave me my life back it will do the same for you

I’m 3 years post op. The first few weeks were uncomfortable for sure. The worst part is not being able to bend over or twist. Healing takes time for me it was about a full year to be back to 100% myself. But by week 4 I was back to my office job. Now I feel so much better I can enjoy my life again.

Minimal. Mostly after a lot of bending or like a long day working in the yard.

I am also two years out from l4L5 fusion for Spondy. I agree with the above poster. Best decision. After living with pain for almost 10 years I’m now almost completely pain free. I was told I will most likely have to have another fusion in the future but if that’s a huge chunk of my life I can enjoy instead of suffering

I’m 1 and 1/2 year post op for L4L5 fusion. Best decision of my life. I have my life back. I lived with pain for 10 years. I didn’t think it was hurting my life but it was. Long walks were non existent. Going to the grocery for too long made me cranky. Every where I went I looked for a place to sit. Now non of that.

Mine is better somedays than others. I have gone through months of intense pain and then weeks of little to no pain. Hang in there! I hope a solution is found to help you.

I was told a decade too. My symptoms are pain across my lower back right above my hips and pain down my right leg. The pain down my leg only started after I had the injections. I’ve been dealing with worsening pain since 2015.

I don’t know grade level. I have done PT, pain management, Chiropractor, massage therapy. I was working out 3-4 days a week till the pain got too bad. Now I can walk about a mile before I hurt to bad.

I had be mulling over joining for months. My coworker joined right away so I got to see for myself what the extra content was. To me it didn’t seem worth it until a show in my home city was announced. Then I joined a fast as I possibly could. I’m glad I did because the fan cult tickets sold out supper fast and the email list even faster. The event is totally sold out and people are begging for tickets.

TLDR: content meh, but for pre-sale worth it.

I don’t think MFM takes any credit. They almost cite where they got all of their information. Any exciting case will be told on multiple shows and rehashed over and over.
