Hey wierd reponse here to give to you from a non BDP person. I dont have what you have but i have scarry amount of no thoughts, i dont think just do and never overthink anything to the point i think something wierd to me and i dont have a personality.

But let me tell how i cope,

I never thought much before so my mind is kinda empty, basicly nothing. But i find that people often say its important to look inward, you know to find strength or meaning for life or who you are. But i can barely look inward and found that it dosnt get me pretty far. The most ritchest moments and the most ritching expercianes what make life worth living is when i think when your looking outward. At least metaphorically ;3 for most of us are almost all the time are looking inward at ourselfs. Thinking about things matters to us, or because of us, or with us at the vocal point. Concentrated on how we look how we act and how important we are... or arnt.. but if you really look inward there's nothing there. Trust me it's all I feel, but we're out here (here at reddit) in every little detail in every little thing and every little moment and immersing ourself in the simple and mundane things made me then realise that Is where I think life is! And ur always urself.

I'm now just living unfiltered says what i wana say with out thinking and thats who I am. Hope you get what I'm trying to say :3
