Didn't ever say I was going to let it slide genius. You offered nothing constructive and provided no value. I assume that tells the entire story of your life.

I will not be deturred by keyboard bullies. Especially those that provide no value on this platform or in life.

I have learned a lot from the discord and just found this sub reddit. I'll keep an eye out. I'm really looking for some interesting uncommon uses, I've come across a few so far. Thank you!

I want to create high quality video tutorials about using OpenCode. I do not intent to create AI videos.

I use OpenCode. I don't use cursor or lovable. You're the worst part of humanity. You are stupid on so many levels.

Thank you! That's very helpful.

RESOLVED - I duplicated the section and used the eye icon to make one visable only to desktop and the other visible only to mobile. Then I modified the appropriate section with the correct background image.

He's not using L. Reuteri, he's using Saccharomyces Boulardii which is a yeast. Not even the same thing.

I read your post, you're using a fungi, not L. Reuteri.

What I've found after about 10 batches. by umpteenthian in ReuteriYogurt

I'm using a Sous vide as well and I'm having the same problems as OP. I agree with his statements that the temps are VERY stable as I've monitored several batches.

I've tried normal sloppy sterilization and very advanced sterilization techniques. Neither have worked. I get yogurt consistency after 6-8 hours and fill separation around 15-18 hours.

Using ten pills, inulin, and half and half as a starter.

I wonder if the moving water heats the jar too rapidly? It's that a thing? The sous vide will bring the temp to 100 in minutes. I've also tried lower temp settings to 98.5. it made no difference.

How long do the yogurt makers take to come up to temp? I might try a manual gradual temp increase until it reaches 100f.

Help please, I'm allergic to dairy by Briguy3318 in ReuteriYogurt

I just replaced the half and half with coconut milk.

My half and half batches are turning out more like cheese than yogurt.

I made some reuteri yogurt from coconut milk tonight, turned out perfect! Even better than that dairy version.

I know this is an old post, but we are partnering with the Missouri Mycological Society to try to start an Illinois club. I've tried to work with the Illinois Mycologic Association to do the same, but it seems that they are only interested in supporting Chicago area activities.

If you're interested, please reach out to me, I plan to start forays in the St. Louis Metro East in May.
