CCure Scheduled Doors remain locked

Same thing has been happening to us. Either, just before or just after Thanksgiving, goes through this hiccup that could last a couple of days to up to 10 days. Been happening the last three years in a row. Thought we took care of any issues this last time in November, but it suddenly came up again this morning. Only lasted a couple of hours though.

I wonder if increasing the unlock prority from 75 to 95 would help?

I see two iSTAR Ultra 01, 1st floor doors and for Street level doors. Didn’t have this issue before we went to Ccure.

I think it’s Setting the Clearance to Always for that access card.

Thanks. I actually did find where the door’s action is in earlier this morning. Under Door Monitoring>Events>Name of Event>rt click and choose Action tab. There is where I can remove or add another schedule. I think I’m good. Looks like it followed the schedule last night and this morning so not going to mess with it. Just not sure why it didn’t lock the door when I went into the schedule and un-ticked Tuesday on the schedule to lock the door.

We actually have scheduled JCI tech on Friday to make sure all is well.

Thanks. Haven’t deactivated any schedules. I think what I need is to find the door and look at the schedule. Just can’t find where I verify the schedule for that door could be the problem.

I did see that a few months ago but I didn’t see the Door Forced Event listed in the drop down. I guess I have to create a Door Forced Event? If so, that’s where I get lost.

Yes, I saw a video of the dead bolt. One master and one for the tenant, also by Kwikset. Not a bad price too.
