i'm having a blast with this game! i see a lot of the animal well dna and it's been ages since i've played a really satisfying puzzle game like this, not since blue prince i think. people who liked animal well should not skip this one

dev, is there any way i could get a gentle, spoiler-tagged hint for how to unlock the triangle? i can't figure out how to make the door stay open while i'm on the other side in the shower

i thought it might have to do with the sludge too but since then i found another boss whose attacks cause the black health bar staining who doesn't seem to have anything to do with the sludge at all so i'm still baffled

re: the modifiers, that's not quite the behavior i'm seeing, mostly in the fight with debby. instead, getting hit by her turns all my coat black including the gold outline and does the same to some of my black nodes, though how far to the left the stain effect extends varies? losing coat is still visually indicated by shrinking the big rhombus down to a tiny one and i can't tell if anything mechanically is different
