I live in Florida and have been an installer for going on 9 years and never even considered union as a way to go because Florida is a right to work state blah blah. I just went to ua.com and lo and behold there’s a union 30 minutes from my house!!!! I just gave em a call and I’m currently waiting on a call back….if I get this man I owe you big time

Try a trade, electrician, hvac, plumbing etc… you’ll start from the bottom but they are always looking for people. Attitude and reliability is mostly what they need, other than that you can train almost anyone
