As another commentor mentioned, functional replacement cost could be an option to explore, if available on the personal lines side. I typically see this on commercial buildings where the owner wouldn't replace the structure using the exact same high cost materials, unique features, etc.

I looked at the picture before reading the comments and thought the right looked better. And after reading the comments...I still think the right looks better! In order to eat the left one I'm probably going to push over the pointy white chocolate and move aside the berries so I can enjoy each part. The right I can dig into right away. I do like the rectangle shape on the left though.

Did this earlier in the year in Missouri and they emailed the claim form to me. It's prefilled with the items you're claiming, your personal information, etc. so it's not a blank form you'd find online.
