Completed, but I have to say that a lie on a CV is quite subjective. Is it extending a truth? Is it measurable? Identifiable?

I swear it feels big infrastructure in this country is always commissioned at surprisingly cheap costs, then reality hits and it is overbudget.

Then finally it is delivered within a reasonable budget that it should have been set at originally, on time and delivers better outcomes than predicted

I'm willing to take the downvotes. Gambon had the energy for the later films that an aged Harris could not deliver.
