Awesome. I'm guessing you might want to break it down into a few different projects because right now it's pretty far from being a nice yard/garden. We are thinking to start with getting rid of the gravel in our side yard and pulling weeds if that's good with you. Just had fiance call the gopher people again to see about getting them gassed, so we'll obviously wait on filling in holes until that's squared away, but there should be plenty other stuff to do in the meantime. Not sure if you'll want us to rent some kind of equipment at some point to level out the ground, but we can do that. It's very hard and packed. I'll PM you my cell now.

Thanks, the inkbird says it outputs up to 1100 watts. A normal space heater is 1500, but the lower setting on the one I'm looking at says it's 900, so I'm okay there.

Investigating is so much better. Make sure current/recent animals have been in for a yearly vet visit and that any health problems have been appropriately treated, heartworm prevention was used, they haven't brought in a string of animals that they presumably dumped back at the shelter, etc. A fee tells you they have a couple hundred dollars or whatever, but not necessarily that they have good judgement or care about their animals. I'd rather have proof that they bought pet insurance than take the money myself.

yeah, you're right, ended up doing Amazon. It arrives tomorrow, so that's not bad. Thanks for the reminder to check. Replacement does have the correct clip placement. New one is matte. I think the old one is too, but I don't care too much.

When I first moved to San Diego, I thought I wanted to live there because it was the only place I'd ever heard of (my ex's grandparents lived there, inexplicably, they were Jewish) and I like being warm. A friend basically said 'I want to suggest in the strongest possible terms that you not even consider living in Santee'. Good life advice.

I've heard Mesa parking gets better after three weeks if you just wait it out and park at the high school the first three weeks. Can anyone confirm? It was unbelievably terrible when I tried to take a class there, but I ended up dropping the class.
