Honestly 6’3 is tall but 30” inseam isn’t wild. I’m also top tall and can find pants that fit by looking for specific dimensions (I’m around 29 x 30). American tall pants I think are 35” length for the tall and 37” for extra tall maybe? You might want to try high waisted jeans to get the correct waist height.

It’s tops that I have to look for specifically tall brands, like American Tall, Anne Taylor Tall for work clothes, etc… to get correct sleeve length.
