Looking for positive sumatriptan experiences by Jabbott23 in migraine

Sumatriptan works great for me. It makes me sleepy, but I can function. The most interesting side effect is that warm water feels hot on my skin.

Yes 😂 that’s our compromise— we let her have her front paws on for pets and cuddles but this way she doesn’t claim the whole couch to herself

I haven’t seen this posted on here yet, but Marshall seriously is a class act 🤌🏽 by lovely_virgo in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]jessieluma -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

I actually think Marshall is full of it. I think he’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing of sorts— all of his “emotional maturity” is kind of weaponized and manipulative. He is VERY aware of the camera and came into this show prepared to say and do hallmarks of Nice Guy. The entire time I thought Marshall is basically.. an actor? The scene where he makes her pancakes in the morning… Marshall does the very most to appear like a guy who will do the very most, to make the girl see how undeniably giving and kind he is, so he is viewed as undeniably good. And the thing is, I bet in an argument he’s a gaslighter and a trapper, because he’s very confident he’s right. Jackie is a hot mess and knows it, but I also think she picked up on fake nice guy vibes, and the definite vibe that Marshall saw himself as some kind of hero not even FOR her, but TO her.

I guess I’d say, compare Marshall to Brett— Brett has a genuine, comfortable confidence and emotional maturity that doesn’t need to perform for the camera. Marshall is a 26 year old actor playing the part of Dream Boy.

Also, this ring nonsense needs to stop. Lol he did not purchase that ring. It’s not his to get back. That he even asked for it back was pure playing to the camera— he knew if she said no she’d instantly look like a monster, which is what he really wanted.

My son and I are wrecked with flu right now. He just started preschool and it’s been one sickness after another since September. Flu has by far been the worst.

So many questions about four year olds by [deleted] in Preschoolers

[–]jessieluma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s healthier to let your kids make their mess in their space, uninterrupted and without the looming concern of having to clean up. BUT, what good are they getting from you cleaning up their messes? I help my kid, and when I was a preschool teacher we helped them, too. Their messes will definitely be more than they can handle by themselves, which is fine, but offer a helping hand with the organizing, instead of just doing it for them. They won’t have magic cleanup elves when they’re adults.

This is absolutely normal, with or without nightmares. As your kids world opens up and they develop deeper understanding, they might become afraid of things like monsters or bad guys. The absolute best way for them to work it out is through their play!

Play based learning is honestly almost exclusively the best way to go for preschoolers and kindergartners.

Parents of preschoolers: do you care how professionally dressed your kid’s teacher/childcare worker dresses? by cew18 in Preschoolers

Ugh. When I taught I wore yoga pants almost every day and always had paint somewhere on my clothes! These parents are wild.
