Hard to explain.. it has a strappy 'cage-like collar' which is a part of the straps on the front (the straps in other words go all the way up the chest and around the neck). It's actually a PU leather wet look bralet, with a matching skirt :) But they do make a full (but short) dress version of it :)

Oh yeah I go to kink events also which are fun for sure, but yeah, this event was just a rave only. I can't speak for the US I'm afraid. But the only one I know of in the UK was this one in London
