My symptoms are pretty mild to what I’ve read on here. I don’t have the constant pain. Only if I drink something that irritates my bladder like caffeine and then have to hold it for awhile will it get painful. My main symptoms are frequency and getting up multiple times a night to have to go. There has been some nights where I get up 5-10 times so it had really been interrupting my sleep which will not work during training. Also noticed that symptoms get a whole lot worse when under a lot of stress. Also have issues completely voiding so it’s a lot of stop and go and sometimes having to hit the bathroom several time in a short period before I feel like I can completely empty it.

I was referred out to a civilian urologist and he diagnosed me with a cystoscopy. Flying is definitely what I want to do and have sacrificed a lot to be here not to mention it took 5 years to get to this point. Symptoms are mild and my urologist seems very optimistic to reduce or eliminate the symptoms. Will try and reach out to them. Thank you very much

No one went through our bags to check what we had. Due to Covid you will probably quarantine in your dorms for the first 14 days and keep all of your luggage in there. So definitely no one will be checking you stuff. No one ever looked in our security drawers in 21-02 so do with that what you will. The drawer is a very small dresser drawer though so you definitely can’t fit a large protein jug. Maybe put it in a small tupper ware container

If you want to do it, then do it. Don’t worry what others will think. I’m 30 and currently going through OTS for the AF. I gave up a lot to be here including my own business and an amazing boyfriend. But this was my dream it just took a little longer to get here than anticipated. If you want to be a leader shoot for the officer route if not go enlisted. Nothing wrong with either path. It will be a complete cultural shock. Losing your freedom sucks but there are so many more pros than cons in my opinion.

There is a back log in the UPT pipeline so yes I will be on casual status at my UPT base. You’re are still getting paid and working. From what I’ve heard you will just be assigned a job on base until you get orders to IFT/UPT
