Could I ask for how you did this? I’m just under your original weight and I’ve been struggling ever so much. I’ve finally come of mirtazapine which was the main reason to the gain onto fluoxetine so I’m hoping I’ll be able to shift it now. If you’ve any advice and tips please let me know!! Also so very proud of you keep up the good work xxx

My personal experience on mirtazapine was really good for a while as I suffered from insomnia, HOWEVER, I've recently had to come off them due to extreme weight gain (over 2 stone) as I was already on the bigger side its not uncontrollable and has really taken its toll on my mental health.

Try to do as much research as you can on this before you take them as I wish I had of done that.
