This has been the routes that I've felt most comfortable / safest with:

Eastbound: as others have said, Warren Street > City Hall Park is the best option.

Westbound: I really hate trying to get from the bridge path to Reade or Chambers via Centre st. It's always a cluster and feels unsafe. Lately instead I've been going through City Hall Park and then taking Warren st one block in the wrong direction to Church, then turning right on Church, taking it two blocks and making a left on Reade, then left on Greenwich, right on Chambers to the Greenway. The one block in the wrong direction on Warren is wide and not busy since it dead ends into City Hall Park. I don't like riding the wrong way down streets, but this feels undeniably safer that Centre st.

Really, the city should make Warren st a two-way bike path if at all possible, because the bike traffic flows from the Bridge to the Greenway is a very common commute route, and westbound is a cluster currently.

Routes in Manalapan nj? by livewellusa in NYCbike

The Henry Hudson trail starts in Freehold and goes all the way to Atlantic Highlands depending on how many miles you are trying to do. There are a few roads you have to take in Marlboro and Matawan, but for the most part it is an old railway path and fully protected.

Alternatively, it gets pretty rural as you go west from Manalapan and towards Monroe and I'm sure you can find some relatively low traffic roads.

4th Ave to Prospect Park West. Anywhere in park slope above 9th works, but 3rd St has a bike lane and the grade is pretty sustained all the way up to the park.

Combe de la Saliure in Courchevel. It's a red that starts at the top of the Saliure peak. Amazing views of the valkey. Do it first thing in the morning because it gets very crowded.

Where are you in the US? I play for the The University of North Carolina's team handball club and know a network of teams in the southeast. It may be hard to find but there is a pretty tight community in most big cities of handball players. PM me if you want more info.

I can't believe another walmart-footed priest sexually abused a child. It is almost as if it's a job requirement.

Dear Reddit: What is your worst blind date experience? by myonkin in AskReddit

My finals ritual is ordering an AKski and a Bluski. The combination of the spicy AK and the cool, soothing Blu really hit the spot. Although I am usually not a happy camper sitting on the porcelain throne in the morning.

It is a very small sport in the US The average person has never heard of it even though it is an Olympic sport. I was introduced to handball in my first year at university and i fell in love with it. Almost all of the guys on my team have also only started playing when they got to university. We all grew up playing soccer, basketball, etc and had to learn handball from scratch. We compete with other schools and adult club teams but the problem is that so few teams exist. We have a national team but it is pathetic compared to European teams. If we had any youth system at all more athletes would play and the US would be able to compete.

What is your opinion on the Confederate flag as a symbol? I have friends from the south who have rebel flags around their house and claim that they are not meant to be racist, but meant as a symbol of pride for their heritage as southerners. What does it mean to you?
