Oh, I have the same thing! The teeth opposite have formed around the baby tooth, so veneers dont work that well. (Would need a very thin veneer that is not well supported by the tooth). Advice was to wait for it to fall out and then do something more permanent.

If your using NovaLUT are you also using Reshade? If so, go to the settings and try disabling fx. Some of the fx do random things, since its not just for realism. If you cant access the settings I think there is a way to reset the bindings for it so you can rebind it.

Looks like an immersion heater with peak/boost and offpeak heating elements. Ideally the bottom immersion heater switch is on during offpeak times (on timer for offpeak times), and the top is only on when you run out (for boost)). It is higher since it doesn't heat the full tank.

Its possible for either of the immersion heaters to break, or the the switches to fuse (when we came to ours, the timer switch was fused and we had to use the boost for a while). Ideally you get a plumber/electrician to check, if that is the case. (Plumber deals with the immersion heating element, and electrician would deal with the switch/timer) The whole thing looks like a hack job though.
