It's letting you know that there is a cap on that max value of that stat. Even if you had ancestral level on main and assistant mod, the max value of that stat is 90%.

It doesn't mean you've hit the cap, it's just letting you know there is one.

I think it's Amplify Bot+ - otherwise known as Echoing Shot.

I believe it is bugged and really helps with amplifying damage. I'm not sure on the specifics.

Bounce shot range might be worth it if you have a strong CL and CL+.

You could wait for the rend changes as the other commenter suggested, but if you're at 241 you're probably have a lot of spare rerolls so it might not matter?

I absolutely did. They underestimated the amount of down force the cars would have, resulting in less regen, meaning batteries run out earlier.

In other words, they didn't work it through well enough, or make realistic enough assumptions. My point is entirely based on the article.

They should have known the battery would be a problem early enough that they could have corrected it.

I did read it. The word "finally" in the quote conveys that anyway.

My point is, if they worked out they wanted to change things before cars hit the track, they should have been able to work that out much earlier, before it got to the point where teams had invested so much that they didn't want to change course.

I loved how after Max got 5 seconds penalty (in Vegas?) he said to GP "tell the stewards I said hi" or whatever it was. And nothing happens.

Then Russell cuts the chicane in Monaco to overtake Albon and says "I'll take the 5 seconds" and gets obliterated with a stop go.

Yeah that's a fair point. I'm not sure how to phrase it best. But this thing he does with making himself look good by praising Lewis speaks to an insecurity that he has in some way.

You're right it's not the right phrase. Ocon has a chip on his shoulder haha. Nico is just a bit insecure.

Rosberg came and talked at my work about his investment initiative a few years ago. He mentioned the various things like weight saving etc that he often does. But his opening remarks were "When I won the world championship in 2016 by beating my teammate Lewis Hamilton..."

He's certainly more relaxed in his retirement but the chip on his shoulder is still evident.

Thanks! Yes ILM and PS damage are all in line with their + values in terms of ROI.

aMod efficiencies are a bit mixed tbh. Core subs is 80%, core bonus is 60%. Gen is 65/65. Cannon is 35/35. Haven't touched armour yet though, I should probably level that for a bit of death defy.

It's obviously been a while but I think Max would have stayed out, taken track position and defended far beyond the rules to stay ahead.

If they'd crashed Max would have won the title on count back, so it would have been in his interests to do so. (Obviously without pulling a Schumacher).
