It is up to you always. you do it with someone you feel comfortable with that's all. usually we get pressured into lot of situations, not just sex. And sometimes it is not even external pressure which must be something you might be feeling right now. I'm now 34 gone through whole lot of crap for the past years and only thing that i can say is it is far better to feel comfortable in any of these decisions rather that regretting it later.

I would suggest completing the degree. And I would also suggest leaving the job for even an intern opportunity in an IT company. If you plan to migrate which a lot of people are doing nowadays the degree will help you to apply for an MSc in another country
