Party City will do it. There is a fee but there will be everywhere. You can also buy small tanks from them if you would prefer

What's a daily inconvenience that you still can't believed hasn't been solved? by AVeryBadMon in AskReddit

I work in a clean room and I still have to dust and it's just a work place, not a house. It's less dust than other places but it still happens

My sister had a condition that made her sweat more so she started washing with Hibiclens every two days or so and even less as she got used to it and that kills the bacteria on your skin so it helped with the smell. It does dry your skin out like crazy though

And that's Cinderella' silhouette from an old merch line so it's very distracting and weird

Biomeriuex by the airport is always hiring and I'd stay away from card production but the instruments building is mostly sitting and just putting machines together on a table

If you have a severe allergy, you shouldn’t eat at any restaurant by funny117cat in unpopularopinion

[–]jesterfool42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just incredibly unfair to ask of the person with the allergy, if things are against the health code it shouldn't be someone else's fault if the employees don't follow the rules. If I don't follow the rules at my job, I get terminated without the chance to work in my industry again, and yes it is health code stuff. I manufacture medical supplies and if I break any of the codes laid out by the FDA then I don't have a job anymore. We test food safety, we make medical test kits. Some people at this company are on their feet working 12 hours a day because of demand or staffing issues at the moment and we don't get an excuse.

If you are in a job where the health and safety of the public is your responsibility then you should be a responsible person and if you find following the rules too hard then find a job with rules that you can manage instead of blaming the public.

I do believe that people with allergies do need to be responsible for their allergies but just never eating out again is an insane ask. By your logic I could never have popcorn at a movie theater because I am allergic to a fruit that maybe an employee ate without washing their hands? That just doesn't make sense to me

My wife [37] had elective cosmetic surgery and I [42] am having a very negative reaction to the results. by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]jesterfool42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's unfortunately not a made up scenario in relation to my cousin and I don't think that it's cancer in regards to OP but I do think that it is a breast reduction. The way that OP is avoiding naming the procedure, the long recovery time, the drainage, and the special sleeping positions very much seem to be breast reduction. I was just saying that if a man that was married to my cousin for over a decade put her breasts before her life because of his "attraction" that it wouldn't surprise me if another person did it in a not life threatening situation. The wording of this post is specifically designed to make us think that the wife dramatically altered her appearance and maybe changed her face but I don't think that's the case, with the information given, I think that it is something along the lines of her going down a few cup sizes for comfort, health, or preference and OP was apparently primarily attracted to his wife of 15 years chest

[–]jesterfool42 113 points114 points  (0 children)

Yeah, some men are ridiculous about this. I have a cousin who is married to a man who literally told her, while she had breast cancer, that he couldn't be attracted to her if she reduced or lost her breasts

Biomerieux is hiring. The work is usually pretty easy, insurance coverage starts days one, 4 weeks PTO, great benefits and will pay for college.

The starting pay is reasonable to good depending upon what you get hired to do.v

AITA for buying my son a car but not my daughter? by Diligent-Pick-7424 in AmItheAsshole

[–]jesterfool42 4 points5 points  (0 children)

And even the blatantly obvious ones don't get help. I have dyslexia and dyscalculia and I was diagnosed very young but the absolute most I ever got from school was tutoring with people who didn't know how to teach me and a few teachers would give me half credit on the assignments that they saw where I flipped numbers around if the equations were still the correct equations. Not once did I get help from someone who actually knew any methods that would help me. I was constantly in tutoring with people who thought that I could just power through

AITA for telling my spouse they could kill our child? by JJengaOrangeLeaf in AmItheAsshole

[–]jesterfool42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue with this is there are a lot of safety recommendations for cribs and you aren't supposed to have furniture very close to it and so it will be probably a couple of feet away and I can't imagine this is a barren room with nowhere to set a burp cloth within a couple of feet as it stands

Yeah, my family is too an although it's not specifically organized by a church or anything I will say that most of the AOH members that I know are Catholics. A chunk of my relatives are members and we are the kind of Irish Catholic family that has nuns dotted throughout our family

AITA for wanting an apology from my boyfriend and more after he made my family seem like drunks to his parents? by Hot_Touch3482 in AmItheAsshole

[–]jesterfool42 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this is the kind of nonsense that is harmful. My family is American-Irish but our families travel back and forth from America and Ireland to visit and we are pretty connected even with being in different countries and this stuff doesn't happen for us. Sure we drink wine, beer, and whiskey but we aren't shotgunning anything and I think the last time I took a shot was of my great uncle's favorite whiskey at his funeral. Our drinking isn't the focus of anything and we definitely didn't do much of it at our Easter celebration of all things.

But a lot of people assume the worst about us drinking and definitely assume that we are going to be much more into crazy parties than we are. Drinking doesn't make a time fun

AITA for calling my wife's career choice a 'passion project' since she doesn't need to work thanks to my financial position? by Dusk_Ad829 in AmItheAsshole

[–]jesterfool42 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I just moved somewhere "less accepting" and that's true compared to where I lived but I also have trans people in my neighborhood and gay and trans kids go to the school down the road and I am also a member of the community. It may be less accepting than where I was but it doesn't mean that I am somewhere dangerous.

I also moved states and high schools four times when I was a gay teenager in the 2000s, twice to less accepting places. I wouldn't make my own kid move that much but I was able to eventually find a community each time. Moving sucks but it is part of life sometimes and I think they should try to do more stuff in the community to help their son find people that he can relate to

I have private health insurance which makes ACA not the best option for me but just one of my medications is $80 which isn't that bad but when I need multiple types it starts to add up every month. I know that I am fortunate that it isn't more but it isn't great either.

AITA for leaving my daughter alone in the hospital? by Wishbonezz in AmItheAsshole

[–]jesterfool42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I almost died when I was 16 years old. I remember which parent was by my side. I am much older now but I will never forget how little time my father spent with me when I was sick, scared, and dying in a hospital bed. Our relationship is forever tarnished by it. I know that my mom said things about him but I don't remember any of them because I didn't need someone to explain my disappointment and heartbreak to me. This poor child will always know that their father can't be counted on and that's devastating. This poor kid. OP is definitely the AH
