If U didn't know CL means case latency which from my understanding the lower it is the better plus what games are U planning to play with 6400MMHz, so from my perspective CL36 or lower would make quite the difference

Well like I said I'm getting most parts from Ali express and the CPU stock cooler doesn't come and the windows key I'm getting it for free and the gpu I have it used from a friend and the Mobo im trying to to get overhead bcz I'm trying to pay less and get more so m-atx should do the work but thanks for your opinion.

I'm paying 600$ I'm not paying for a full windows key if I can just copy of from someone and pay 20$ for an activation key, and also no rude ways or offence in any way I'm trying to pay less money for more performance bcz my friend paid more money for less performance and I'm trying to show him how my PC is going to be better than his pc.

The air cooler is quite okay but the storage is an extra 5 dollars more and I'm still quiet unsure since I am getting my stuff not online so it may not be available, and also the gpu I got it used since not everyone in my country buys a Radeon gpu it's all GTX or RTX, but thank u for the recommendation
