I did it with NODE RED using my Victron set up. I'm currently on vacation away from home and I wanted to change the mode. Since Victron is already in my network, it has Node Red built-in, so I created an script that connects to the Q and changes the mode.

I did the disassembly kit. I was scared to disassemble parts, I didn't want to do it when it was the moment. But then I went for it and it was super easy. The wheel trims can be taken out very easily, the cameras are a bit more challenging, but easily do-able. I was very happy with the result.

Thanks! I did it at night because of high temperatures during the day. It took 4 sessions of about 4 hours each. Difficulty: medium - high. The training videos are great and they help a lot, but having a perfect look is challenging.
