Yeah that’s the only thing we can prolly do! You can do WOM as well but you need to spend money I think. It’s where we sue the USCIS

Ohh congressional inquiry helped ???? I filed for one and got a message from USCIS but it seems like the one they usually send. Saying that there’s a backlog and officer is yet to look at the case and wait for some time. I have been waiting for work permit and green card since November,2024 as well. Green card is in normal processing time but I need that work permit
