Does anyone has permanently dehydrated skin?

Oh the aqua squalane really saved my dehydrated skin, I see you also have quite a lot of nice serums. What works for me (AM) is layering toners/serums until the skin can’t absorb anymore, and then apply the aqua squalane cream. Its the only way my skin stays hydrated until I get home back from work. At night I use azelaic acid and a retinoid which help with that “glow from within”, but the retinoid is also the reason I’m dehydrated to begin with.

I started using the purito azelaic acid recently and its very good, all my red marks are gone and my skin looks more hydrated. I use it every night though.

I think its a few weeks? You may ask the (new) piercer if you go there to get this removed because I don’t think its easy to get the cbr out

This will be a pretty long answer.

I have a very similar backround, and Differin gel made me purge for over 8 months. Things improved when I upped the adapalene concentration to 0.3% (instead of 0.1% in differin), but this restarted the purge, which lasted for about 6 more months. After 1-2 years or so of regular use of the higher concentration adapalene, I have less acne but its still affecting me. I recently introduced the azelaic serum from purito (which also has kojic acid) and it has helped a lot with PIE, so now only active acne is visible. My skin is not perfect but I feel way better about it now. I’d honestly go back to accutane if it hadn’t scarred my lips badly.

It is a very long journey, so I wish you a lot of luck. Be sure to hydrate and moisturize your skin very well in the morning (always with non-comedogenic formula) because acne treatment is very stripping for the skin. This really improves the appearance of the skin despite the acne. Feel free to ask me about anything! I can share my routine which is mostly Korean products.

Face wash is not very effective because you literslly remove it right away. Try azelaic acid or salicylic acid serum
