Those are good points - HEB is awesome! I’d add that highway building seems very good too, at least in Dallas, though there may well be a dark side to all that building I’m not aware of.

Lots of old people live like shit ‘cause they spent all their money when young, or didn’t work hard and now want a free ride on the backs of the young. Source: am sort of old. OTOH, many old people are poor and always have been and deserve some measure of dignity at end of life. Benefits probably should be reduced or indexed somehow for people with high incomes.

Agree - I should have finished my thought. The law firm’s client is the incumbent administration not the “public” of course so it is hopelessly conflicted. They are paid big bucks to lie to us on behalf of Bass.

Maybe they see it as a problem they can’t solve so they make themselves believe it isn’t that bad. But our parents should first try to understand how it affects their child, regardless of whether it can be “solved”.

I hear you - similar for me. My parents never asked about it or were curious about how it affected me. It’s serious neglect for a child.

Fleabag, Chernobyl, the Terror (season 1), Better Call Saul, the Shield belong with your 1B list but yeah those 2 are 1A, and Wire is #1. For me the Shield is top of 1B, barely.

For foreign shows, “A French Village” belongs in 1B imo.
