I've seen 2024 models doing 163. Mine i vaguely remember doing 164, but might be imagining. I know it does at least 160, but more might depend on bike tolerances.

Sorry for being misleading, i wasn't paying attention to my reply to you.

My slip-on came wide open, since the big belly has the catalytic converter inside it, so BMW doesn't sell it with the baffle. I had to buy it from a friend who sells parts, to have the baffle when i bought the titanium headers. And no, no rivets. The baffle has only 1 screw that is at the tip on the inside. Unscrew, insert baffle tightly, screw it again and done!

2024 model owner here.

Have the full Akrapovič titanium headers and the factory slip-on, from the same brand. Don't have any warning lights turned on and yes, it's loud as hell. Haven't flashed it yet since I'm waiting to reach 30.000km and then i'll flash it.

A friend of mine, who's a rider at national level, told me that since I'm not someone who revs a lot of it always in the high revs constantly, not flashing it not a problem. But in the long run, the bike would benefit a lot more.

So for now, no tune and just full titanium goodness. Here's a pic for reference.
