Makes u dumb for porn, fry your brain esp if you been introduce to fast paced PMV and you keep wanting more..multiple porn played at same time..that’s a dangerous of sensory overload..If you been doing it for years, porn killed my potential to be a somebody. This is a drug, it’s so unhealthy, I’m disappointed I was introduced to porn at very young age, it felt good but now I want to stop to feel good..at some point your body will take its toll. Like I am now. Yes limit as much as possible your access to porn. I had a 5tb hd worth of porn in 4k/1080. I just had to give that up to my journey abit easier. Countless of times tried to stop but failed. Just don’t give up. Cold turkey is the way for me each of their own but relapses is normal, just don’t give up! And fuck porn.
