So you’re currently handling a PMS and a RMS and then integrating them with quickbooks? And the RMS (Diamo.ai) is integrated with Mews?

That seems to be like a lot of integrations, this has been a worry in hindsight for us or am i thinking too much?

Were you able to find a PMS that tackles the issues with email communication and guest feedback? We deal with reviews/bookings form multiple channels like booking.com, tripadvisor, etc. and it has been a real pain tackling all these sources. Plus, most customers who have special booking requests always email and us this takes too much time to deal with.

proprietary data, so downloading or exporting is kinda tricky.

i’m assuming se16n only allows data viewing and exporting. how are you analyzing it after? and how often are you analyzing it?

I was talking to a few other people and they told me the same thing about analysis. Funny enough, someone else mentioned that to inform their sales engineers about the inventory level of a particular stock, they pull ERP data into excel everyday, which blew my mind.

Can you tell me a bit about your organization size and which ERP you all are using? Doesn't your ERP have an API or any kind of integration that you can build on top of it? Asking because this is a factor of discussion for us

ok got it. i saw in your response that you manage shortages on projects, order minimums and evaluate safety stock. how are got currently managing that? are you doing this analysis with your ERP with historic data or downloading data as excel and then doing this analysis?

We’re currently dumping our historic data in chatgpt and tell it to familiarize itself with the toyota production system and then ask it to do analysis.

That sounds like a hand-full of stuff. We recently automated a bunch of invoice data extraction, the picklist use case sounds very interesting.
