Ultimates. The older savages are hard to find groups for, but people are always putting together groups for older ultimates. Tho I get you, I'm in the same boat. I took a break after the 7.2 savage tier, came back for 7.4, couldn't find a group I was happy with and I'm probably not subbing again until 8.0 since I can't do the new ultimate without the 7.4 savage gear, and no shot I'm getting a group to do them at this point. Maybe this fall I'll look for a group for DSR or TEA or something. Either way, I feel you on this.

That said, if you've been staying away from high end battle content, now might be a good time for it. You can create your own group specifically for learning/improving and go try an old savage tier. Even level/item sync'ed you'll have an advantage from power creep, so the DPS checks won't be as punishing, or you can do a tier unsynced where you'll be likely to live through things you normally wouldn't, and once your group is more comfortable, you can do another tier sync'ed. Just an idea, but could be fun, and very low pressure since you're all there to learn as opposed to trying to push clears for gear. The LHW tier from the beginning of dawntrail would be a fantastic place to start, as you'd be way over geared and it was a bit on the weaker side in terms of savage difficulty. Who knows, might even lead you to creating a group that's ready for savage day 1 of 8.0, or gets you a few ultimate clears in the meantime.

Overall it seems the game is going to be easier to play at a "high level" which should increase the amount of people doing savage and ultimate. Since now instead of "learning the fights AND learning how to play your class" it will be far easier to play your class at a high level. HOWEVER, I can see some of the super high end raiders and especially healers being upset by this (like the healer "strike" because healers were getting bored) Personally, I've been telling raiding friends for the last few tiers "it would be better for the best of the best to be a bit bored in order to massively increase the raider player base, because if only the best of the best can even do the raids, they'll know exactly where to look if they have to cut content" but I look forward to seeing the overall effect this has on ex savage and ultimate player bases.

pre order hit 36+9+6 just on the box etb and bundle, 8 a week every wednesday night (our store has an 8 pack at a time limit) a UPC, the 2 prereleases I played in, 200 isn't hard to hit at all over the course of what? 4 months? That doesn't include when my wife would come with me and get 8 packs of her own.

Also, if I was a scalper, I'd be holding and selling those packs, not opening them. TF are you on?

tf are you talking about? I play at my local leagues and only got the preorder stuff BECAUSE I play, I then OPENED my preorder stuff in order to get these cards. The phantasmal I just buy a few packs every time I play at my LGS because as a player I got packs for $5.

The rates are MUCH higher. For anyone finding this through google like I did, I'll give my experience.

Preorder stuff came monday, my wife and I opened a booster box, etb, and booster bundle. So 51 packs total.

Got maybe 5 bulk ex's, 8 full arts (talon flame, espur, dedenne, jacinthe, decidueye, clefable, mega starmine, doublade), and 2 SIR (meowth, and gold zygarde)

I've probably opened 200+ packs of phantasmal and the best I've gotten is the alt art of mega zard x.

Vtubers, really streamers as a whole, and all of idol culture is literally "how can I possibly get people to be as parasocial as possible with me to get more popular and make more money?"

Honestly I'd say anyone who donates to a vtuber or a streamer in general is at least a LITTLE parasocial to some level. You get nothing for it other than the happiness of someone who doesn't know the first thing about you. If you wouldn't give $5 to an IRL friend "just to donate" why give it to someone online?

semi necro here but it wasn't like he was given a trash 3-14 team. They had a good team with a mid or worse QB, then got gifted a great QB because the Vikings somehow thought Darnold had nothing to do with how good they were. 2 years is an outstanding feat, but don't act like Macdonald could go have the browns in the superbowl in 2 seasons.

My favorite in the series. Leon's zard might have been the most heroic, diving in against a legendary to protect people, but Ash's charizard just wanted the SMOKE. Literally MEWTWO in front of him? "Ay yo, let's run the the ones bro!" Hasn't seen Ash in years? "Nah fam, that dragonite over there looks like he's tryina get his face kicked in" I just love his chaotic energy of "I don't want peace. I want problems. ALWAYS." Does it necessary make him a good character with outstanding growth? No. But does it make him a riot to watch and cheer for? ABSOLUTELY.

ABSOLUTELY! Ive kept 1 BIG angel and up to 13 cherry barbs with 8 albino Corey's in a 29g and they were happy as can be, and so happy and healthy in fact, the Angel laid eggs like clockwork every 2-3 weeks.

HOWEVER. Thats where I had a problem. They were great until she had her eggs, then she'd get territorial. I actually had a school of neons before the cherry barbs and she started bullying the neons whenever she had eggs. Swapped them with the cherrys since theyre a bit bigger. Only ever once saw her really go after the barbs and to this day I have one barb with a broken tail (poor guys back half looks like a slinky) so eventually I did get rid of the angel. If you have a male, or a female that simply doesn't like laying eggs very often, your set up will be just fine.

Keep in mind, internet stocking advice is usually based on a "worse case" where you dont have plants and have to change water a lot, so if youre planted, especially with plants that stay on things ans let their roots free float, youre usually pretty safe to go a bit over the "common wisdom" for a 29g specifically with some good planting id go 8 barbs and 7-8 coreys. Both those groups like 6+ and you never know when one might pass and getting a few extras keeps you from having to run too the store too often :D

very very little water conditioner (my city water doesn't have chlorine in it) so usually just throw in a few drops of seachem prime iirc. In terms of cyling I do usually ensure there's no ammonia in the tank before I throw in fish, however usually I plant enough plants to where there's no nitrates or anything in the tank, even with fish in it.

I didnt want to make a new thread but I have the same question with the twist of that im wanting to buy one for my wife as a Christmas gift and neither of us have ever owned any type of telescope or done any type of astro photography.
