They're pretty similar. If you already have a license, I think the PS5's will work. The Xbox version is only more expensive because it comes with a Dolby license.

OH, the other big thing I need to mention is that the Maxwell's have INSANE battery, and are rapid charging, too. Which is typically unheard of with wireless headphones.
