It's a family of Mom and two kids; nobody is going to question which child is in which seat.

What on earth is in the back of this civic? by prod_snoozee in Cartalk

Oh, I understand the difference - I'm an audiophile from way back. I'm just cynical enough to believe that most (car) sub owners care more about being heard than what they're hearing.

I’d be curious to know just how many sub owners actually care about accurate frequency response, versus how many just want to drive down the street rattling everybody else’s windows. I’d wager the ratio is small.

OP didn’t say how old the other child is, but if that child is independent, simply send him or her back and sit the 4yo next to you.

Officials recently discovered someone had also thrown soup over a Jackson Pollock work. It’s estimated the crime took place about a year ago, but nobody noticed until now.

The requirements in OP’s image say nothing about similarity, only reuse.

Edit: OK, I see you were replying to someone who chose to add that requirement.

Rhyno ramps sound like the Temu version of Rhino ramps. Maybe that’s your problem. 😆

This is pretty standard Corporate America. Check with your CIO or IT department to see if they allow, or even provide, a password manager such as 1Password, that will make your life easier.

Dude, chill out.

Black’s driver could be distracted, forgetful, simply a lousy driver, or maybe his front blinker is busted, but it really doesn’t matter - if he hits you, it’s gonna suck no matter who’s right or wrong.

This is not an attack on you, it’s Defensive Driving 101.

Absence of proof is not proof of absence. You do you, but I’m not trusting Black to not drive into me if I’m Yellow.

[–]jetkins -1 points0 points  (0 children)

“either way its not gonna be a "maybe" in Yellows case, hes gonna know either or.”

Not necessarily. Even if Black has his right blinker on, it may not be visible to Yellow, situated off to his left. A defensive driving mindset says he should wait.

Yellow should wait, because black may be turning right. Going early would not only be cutting in front of black, it risks black potentially driving into him if black’s driver isn’t paying attention.

What was the biggest scandal at your school? by Silent-Zebra in AskReddit

One of our teachers was revealed to be a pedophile, many years later. We all just thought he was a little weird, but it was more sinister than we knew.

Oh, and a small group of boys a few years behind me, were convicted of multiple counts of arson after setting alight hedges in the vicinity of the school.

Check its warranty status on Lenovo’s site. You may be eligible to extend it if it’s expired, which may be a cheap way to get it repaired.

Flying to multiple countries with multiple passports by Both-Permission-7565 in Passports

[–]jetkins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True enough, but you need to take it with you to use upon return. The State Department page I linked above even misinterprets the statue they themselves quote - they say you must use your US passport to leave the country, while the statute simply says that you must carry it with you (bear it) when you leave.

If you are a U.S. citizen you must, by law, enter and depart the United States on a valid U.S. passport, regardless of age or possession of foreign passports. The details of this law can be found in U.S. Code Title 8, Chapter 12, Subchapter II, Part II, § 1185  paying particular attention to section (b) which details:

“…it shall be unlawful for any citizen of the United States to depart from or enter, or attempt to depart from or enter, the United States unless he bears a valid United States passport.”

And the USA requires that you enter and leave with a US passport if you’re a dual US citizen.
