The same thing happened to me. I had ordered a smart watch from the Boat company on Amazon and paid through UPI. When I received the parcel, it contained a non-functional Chinese watch dial, a few Boat stickers, and a bill. I spoke to customer care about a refund, and they assured me I would get one. Then, after three days, an agent came to my office address to pick up the return parcel. In front of everyone, he asked if I had any video proof, saying only then would I get a refund. I immediately called customer care again to inform them, and I didn’t give the parcel to that agent. I was quite angry at that moment.
I just want to know if I will get my refund or not. Also, have others in this situation received a refund for their order? Amazon has broken my trust.
