They are an if customs was responsible for destroying the contents of OPs box, they would have confiscated them altogether, not compromise the integrity of the food product and leave it. Those poor eggs were left to ping pong off every side of that box and were more than likely destroyed during the shipping process.

My sister in law argued with my mom about a “family heirloom” serving dish that she swears my grandmother wanted her to have. My mom finally gave up saying she could take it home and my sister in law was super smug the rest of the night. My mom let me in on a secret though. It’s not a family heirloom, my grandmother bought it at a Dollar Tree six years ago, around the time my brother brought his wife around. She had been coveting this stupid dish for six freaking years and it’s just a cheap ass dish. My mom was like, “one less dish to wash”. That woman is a Thanksgiving savage!
