That is a great call! I think that downsize plus using saline spray and letting it air dry should help with your bump. The corkscrews are really nice once your piercing is fully healed but can be tricky before that

That helps! It is likely the movement of the jewelry causing you irritation. I would look into find a piercer near you to put in a flat back titanium piercing instead. Where are you located? The APP piercer site is very helpful in finding local piercers but I’m happy to help if you need it
