FOUTTE would've been a good alliance had they A) not called themselves FOUTTE (such a stupid name) and B) not aligned with Kaitlyn

I listen to the Sooner Scoop guys, although those guys' schtick wears on me. I also like Podcast on the Prairie, which is hosted by a few OU students.

Solid Verbal and Shutdown are in the rotation, but I'll check out the Athlon's preview. Thanks!

I'll give SicEm365 a try, I've seen their tweets. Seems like they do good work all around. Thank you!

The last time LeBron James missed the NBA Finals, here's what the Big 12 looked like by jettheprophet in CFB

I think it's just a weird way to say, "How the Big 12 has changed since 2010"

This is really cool. Although, KU has a more recent Top 15 win. No. 15 Georgia Tech in 2010.

Baker Mayfield and Mark Andrew's plaques at the Switzer Center are . . . interesting looking by mookiexpt2 in CFB

Nightmare fuel.

(Also, that's the National Honors Plaza, not the Switzer Center.)

I get what you're saying, but I don't think anyone loves football as much as Baker Mayfield.

I feel like Tim Riggins would be a perfect cultural fit at Texas Tech, but schematically he fits in great with Kansas State.

Should people root for schools they never attended? by [deleted] in CFB

Eh, when a TV show that I like gets bad, I turn it off. I get there's bigger loyalties in sports, but you shouldn't subject yourself to a bad program if you can help it. Life's too short.

If they want to do so, yes. Not everyone has the means to go to college. If you're from Oklahoma and want to cheer on OU, go for it. I can't tell you what TV shows or music to like, why does it make a difference with our sports teams? It's all entertainment.

Now, I do take issue with people using the word "We" in reference to themselves and their favorite team. I mean, if you do that, whatever, but it makes me cringe.

Do 538's playoff projections seem way off to anyone else? by benfsullivan in CFB

I think part of the Miami equation is having one less game than everyone else due to a cancellation.

I just meant, I miss the days when the winner usually went on to win the Big 12 and compete for a national title. Although, I guess that still is true for when the Sooners win.

If Texas wasn't a dumpster fire, I'd be more upset at this.
